We also provide the families with a piece of mind that their loved ones are being well taking care of in the safety of their homes.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant or a PCA at Our Hearts Homecare LLC located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Certified Nursing Assistant/PCA will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient health, and communicating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
