Our Hearts is a in-homecare agency. We provide in home care for clients at their homes. We provide daily home task and help clients to keep as much as their independence as possible. We also provide the families with a piece of mind that their loved ones are being well taking care of in the safety of their homes.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant or a PCA at Our Hearts Homecare LLC located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Certified Nursing Assistant/PCA will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient health, and communicating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
