Capital Markets at Maxim

The Capital Markets division raises growth capital for public and private companies in the micro to mid-cap market sector. The team's global reach is about 2,000 funds ranging from tier 1 mutual funds to family offices. The firm complete 150-200 transactions annually in the public markets, including IPOs, PIPEs, CMPOs, Registered Directs and debt offerings as lead manager and/or co manager

Role Overview

The Miami Beach office of the firm is expanding its distribution and seeking both junior and senior Wall Street professionals experienced in Capital Markets, Equity / Derivative Sales Traders and Fixed Income Professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow institutional client relationships
• Engage clients to ensure they are utilizing the firm’s research, trading, and deal placement services
• Collaborate with senior management to meet client needs

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of experience
• Wall Street experience

Ideal Qualifications

• Over 5 years of industry experience
• Proven track record of generating business
