About the Role

We are seeking a Capability Improvement Specialist to design and implement a structured talent cultivation system, driving continuous growth for logistics professionals from entry to advanced levels, while elevating the overall competency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Improve Training Programs:

• Build and update the company’s training system in the Americas region.
• Make sure all training follows company standards and supports business goals.

Organize and Manage Training Projects:

• Plan, schedule, and run training sessions for employees.
• Work with other teams and trainers to deliver effective training.
• Check how well the training worked and suggest improvements.

Support Company Culture and Employee Activities:

• Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Plan and organize employee events and engagement activities.

Maintain Training Records and Materials:

• Keep training materials organized and up to date.
• Create and regularly update training records for all employees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in training, learning & development, or HR roles, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
• Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in LMS platforms and training evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and internal communications is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written).
