Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for their client as a direct hire. We do not charge candidates. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency’s market presence and increase client acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Create strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing and advertising solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance business strategies.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
