Business Analyst (Product)

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $114,400 - $135,200 per year

Location: Remote Role - EST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis activities working with key users to continually improve business processes within their functional areas.
• Provide new capabilities and drive value from existing capabilities.
• Provide weekly/daily status updates on services and work completed.
• Periodically review project timeframes and completion schedules with Principal Contact.
• Requirements documentation
• Written test scripts and test scenarios captured on a spreadsheet or other application as directed
• Manage and monitor all test cycles and phases to ensure testing timelines are met and defects are fixed.
• Manage defect log with testers and developers to ensure timeline closure of open items/defects.
• Formulate and develop features and stories in Jira.
• Collaborate with business partners and technical users on tracking and completion of work.
• Participation and accountability of assigned program deliverables and timelines
