Schedule: Monday-Thursday in office, Friday work from home

Job Summary: As a Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the visual identity of one of the world's leading technology brands. This position involves leading strategic design initiatives and collaborating on diverse projects that enhance brand perception and consumer engagement across the North American market. Successful candidates will demonstrate a superior ability to generate innovative design solutions, driving projects from ideation to execution with quality and strategic excellence. In this role, you will build upon existing capabilities and broaden your functional expertise as you navigate our brand through various consumer touchpoints. Your projects will range from developing cohesive brand identities and dynamic digital designs to executing comprehensive 360 brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with global objectives, enhancing brand consistency and recognition across all platforms.
  • Creative Vision and Development: Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, developing compelling visual narratives that connect with our audience and push the boundaries of design innovation.
  • Design Excellence: Uphold high standards of brand design, from conceptualization through to final execution. Establish clear design guidelines and standards that foster creativity and ensure alignment with the brand’s core values.
  • Corporate Brand Design and Guidelines Development: Craft and refine comprehensive brand guidelines that define visual and verbal brand elements across all touchpoints, ensuring global consistency.
  • Marketing Campaign Playbooks: Create detailed marketing campaign playbooks that guide the execution of campaigns across different regions, ensuring strategic alignment and brand coherence.
  • Asset Creation: Develop and manage comprehensive campaign toolkits and brand assets optimized for various markets and platforms.
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM): Responsible for uploading, tagging, and classifying asset files into the EasyAds platform, ensuring efficient asset management and retrieval.
  • Project Leadership and Execution: Manage complex design projects, ensuring seamless integration from concept to delivery with a focus on timeline management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, insights, and external agencies to integrate consumer insights into the design process, enhancing the effectiveness of design solutions.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and lead designers, promoting a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Time Management and Precision: Ability to work within tight deadlines while delivering multiple asset adaptations with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years in brand design, preferably within a globally recognized agency or in-house team.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Adobe XD, After Effects, and digital asset management platforms. PowerPoint.
  • Design Skills: Advanced capability in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling across multiple media platforms with an emphasis on digital.
  • Professional Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills; adept at working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Skills: Expertise in motion design, interactive media, and/or 3D rendering is highly desirable.
  • Portfolio: An online portfolio of strategic brand design work across platforms is required.
