Position: BGA Technician

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $25/hour

Experience:

• 1.5+ years of extensive BGA rework experience (BGA rework experience 90%-100% of daily activities in a professional environment).
• 1.5 + years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Greene Resources is seeking a BGA Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Rework PCBAs and components.
• Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor.
• Perform repair to PCB's based on daily schedule.
• Validate material and required documentation for work orders.
• Train new hires on SOPs, etc. as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in removing parts from PCBA and using soldering equipment.
• Expertise in hand soldering, including jumper wires.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders and manufacturing instructions.
• High attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing questions from managers and employees.
• Practical problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
