Job Overview

Responsibilities  

• Restocking the Bar/Supplies: Refill liquor, beer, mixers and garnishes. Ensure bar is fully stocked during service hours.
• Replenish glassware, take out bar trash, refill ice chest.
• Wipe down bar counter, tables and margarita machines.
• Change kegs and assist bartenders.

Skills  

• Speed and Efficiency
  Able to move quickly and complete tasks with urgency.
• Physical Stamina
  Lift heavy items (kegs, crates), stand for long hours.
• Organization
  Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
• Attention to Detail
  Spot what’s needed before being asked (e.g., low ice, empty bottles).

  Work closely with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.

  Handle several tasks at once without losing focus.
