Job Description
Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic matters, and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.
Handle some daily court appearances, often virtual, with varied schedules.
Conduct client intakes, consultations, and ongoing communication to manage expectations.
Review and manage discovery, case files, and related documentation.
Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records, such as medical documents.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Participate in on-the-job training to further develop your legal skills.
Qualifications
Active bar license in New Jersey (relocation assistance available).
Bilingual Spanish required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
