• Base Salary: $100 - 175k a year

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A JUNIOR ASSOCIATE:

• Assist Partners and Senior Associates with managing a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Handle cases from inception through trial
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in Nevada
• Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
• Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Nevada Bar
• At least 1+ year of experience in personal injury litigation. Experience in sexual abuse, medical malpractice, elder abuse, or related areas of plaintiff's litigation preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
