Liss & Andrews, PC, a boutique Bloomfield Hills law firm specializing in automobile No-Fault claims, is seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a pre-litigation caseload and provide support on a litigation caseload, focusing primarily on catastrophically injured clients entitled to first-party No-Fault benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
• Support senior attorneys with litigation tasks, including client communication, investigation, discovery, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with the legal team to build strong cases for clients and provide outstanding service.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan (0 to 4 years of experience in auto No-Fault claims preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client advocacy.
• Experience in processing and litigating No-Fault claims is a plus.
