Job Description:

As an attorney, you will work on a wide range of cases in construction, civil litigation, insurance defense, and general liability defense. While experience in these areas is a plus, we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload from inception to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
• Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Building and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• 2+ years of legal experience preferred
• Experience and/or interest in construction, civil litigation, insurance defense, and/or general liability defense matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
