Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Office Manager at Gage Energy, located in Jupiter, FL. The Administrative Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, handling customer service tasks, and maintaining office equipment. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with Office Equipment management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
