Assembly Technician

Schedule Options: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM OR 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation:

• $17.50–$18.00/hr for entry-level (recent high school grads)
• Up to $20.00–$21.00/hr for candidates with relevant experience

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Glass Technicians. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a climate-controlled facility , ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication, handling, and finishing of custom glass products
• Read and interpret basic measurements and instructions
• Lift and maneuver large sheets of glass (up to 50–60 lbs)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from bilingual supervisors
• Perform other manufacturing tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and basic measuring skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
