- An outgoing, charismatic, and bubbly personality
- Must have style and know how to dress in a professional setting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people instantly
- Resilience in the face of rejection and a drive to overcome objections
- Ability to turn someone who has no interest in art and engage them with your sales skills, bringing them into the world of Fine Art
- A solid understanding of the principles of assisting people through the sales process
