Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced, passionate instructors for our new after-school program in Rancho Cucamonga. Ideal candidates are current middle or high school teachers or those with extensive experience in teaching. Applicants should be well-versed in the U.S. educational framework or their subject area’s content and methodologies. This role is perfect for educators looking to extend their influence beyond the classroom in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-based instruction for students in Grades 6-12.
  • Prepare lesson plans in alignment with U.S. academic standards, with a focus on enhancing student knowledge and skills.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students and small groups.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Current or recent experience as a middle or high school teacher is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the U.S. educational framework and curriculum standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students actively.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Passionate about education with a commitment to student development and growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • Current teaching role in a top-rated middle or high school.
  • Experience in after-school programs, tutoring, or enrichment programs.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse classroom settings and implement differentiated instruction.
