Administrative Assistant - Sales Support - Marketing – Great Company, Career Growth, and Benefits!

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication, client relations, and computer skills. This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general administrative duties
  • Draft emails, proposals, and professional correspondence
  • Manage and update the company’s social media presence and maintain product literature
  • Support advertising, marketing, and event planning efforts
  • Maintain and organize sales support information (drawings, brochures, presentations, photos, etc.)
  • Assist in keeping the brand fresh and engaging to the target audience

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • College Degree preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of office or retail experience is a plus
  • Must be dependable, enthusiastic, and professional

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Criminal background and drug screening required.
