Job Description

Our client, a private investment firm located in Beverly, MA, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, offering up to $40/hour depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and financial teams
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Prepare and process financial reports and statements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with office logistics

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial firm
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
