Craft Group has an open opportunity for an Administrative & Warehouse Assistant. We are searching for a creative and passionate individual to assist in the daily office and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is motivated to grow within the company and advance into management.

Role Overview

This position is split between administrative duties (60-70%) and warehouse operations (30-40%). You will handle order processing, customer relations, inventory tracking, and shipping logistics, while also supporting warehouse activities such as packaging and forklift operation.

• Process and manage customer orders.
• Maintain customer relations via phone and email.
• Coordinate with sales representatives nationwide.
• Handle shipping logistics, including filing claims when necessary.
• Record and track technical questions and solutions.
• Ensure customer/distributor files, maps, and price sheets are updated and organized.
• Track inventory levels and manage back-ordered products.
• Perform computer data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Warehouse Duties:

• Package and ship products.
• Operate a forklift (training provided if necessary).
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Support miscellaneous warehouse operations as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and email etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Motivation to grow and advance within a fast-growing company.
• 1-2 years of related experience (administration, logistics, or warehouse operations).
• High school diploma required (college education is a plus).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Logistics & Compensation

• Location: Downtown San Diego Area.
• Schedule: Flexible hours (7-9 AM to 4-6 PM, Monday-Friday).
• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time.
• Salary: $18.50/hour.
• Benefits: After probation period (Medical, PTO, Paid Holidays, Investment Accounts).
