Accounting Administrator (40911)

Our client is an organization in the Ozaukee County area looking for a part time Accounting Administrator to work 25-30 hours/week . This company is looking for someone with relevant accounting experience, strong attention to detail and highly organized. This company offers flexibility, a laid-back environment with a great team!

The salary for this position is $28-35/hr.

The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process bill payments and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Invoice approvals
  • Assist with reconciliation and data entry.
  • Provide general clerical support.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and internal communications.
  • Maintain donor database.
  • Prepare and organize documents for audits and reporting
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Accounting Administrator will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
