Reporting To: Branch Manager & Territory Sales Manager

Position Description :
The Account Manager manages current landscape maintenance, sweeping, and snow removal accounts. The Account Manager will provide superior customer relations to our external clients to succeed in this role. The Account Manager will increase enhancement sales and promote Dyna-Mist’s additional service lines to our clients. The Account Manager will maintain a partnership with Superintendents to see that Dyna-Mist quality goals are met, the Branch Manager to see that the Dyna-Mist goals of Safety and EBITDA are met, and the Territory Sales Manager to see that the goal of Gross Revenue is met.

- Dyna-Mist Customer Service Standards & Management of Accounts Establish your role as the primary point of contact for each assigned account
- Instill customer confidence
- Maintain relationships with clients as primary contact for all maintenance, sweeping, ice control, and enhancement activities
- Assure that contract obligations, quality standards, and expectations are being fulfilled
- Understand the scope of work for all clients
- Provide support to Superintendents in performing and completing all client enhancements
- Demonstrate skill and ability to work with sub-contractors/vendors
- Ensure all Dyna-Mist Quality Standards are met. Correct minor quality issues immediately.
- Ensure renewal of accounts
- Maintain Aspire CRM database
- Site Enhancement Sales Initiate Enhancements in coordination with clients’ long-term objectives
- Collect necessary data for proposals and provide accurate pricing using Aspire
- Perform regular Site Visit Reports utilizing Company Cam software
- Review with the Superintendents for quality issues
- Use as a tool for enhancement sales in your proposal to customers
- Aid Business Development Represent Dyna-Mist in professional groups/associations
- Maintain active contact with people and trends in the industry that affect sales

- Earn a NALP Safety Award
- EBITDA Client Retention
- 95% client retention measured in dollars
- Gross margin
- Sell all enhancements above a 60% GM
- Gross Revenue Enhancement Sales
- 2025 Goal: $500k in enhancement sales
Requirements:
- Landscape industry experience or a horticulture-related degree
- Valid driver's license with a clean record over the last three years that meets our company policy
- Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in maintenance, sweeping, and snow removal
Able to pass a background check
Maintain the physical fitness levels necessary to complete assigned tasks
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Strong analytical skills – the ability to meet critical deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Responsive to clients' needs and requests – built customer rapport
Positive attitude and initiative, team-oriented, and a strong role model
Base Pay Range: $60,000 to $90,000
Commission Program:
- Account Managers earn additional pay on a tiered commission structure
- Up to $300,000 in sales – no additional commission
- $300,001 - $600,000 – 2% on gross revenue
- $600,001 - $900,000 - 3% on gross revenue
- $900,000+ - 4% on gross revenue – no cap
- $1,000,000 in sales will receive an additional $2,500 bonus
