We’re a small, profitable company with a proven offering. Now, we’re ready to scale our sales team—and that’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for our first dedicated Account Executive to take a proven sales process and run with it. You’ll work directly with the VP of Sales, receiving hands-on training and ongoing coaching, but we need someone who thrives in an autonomous, fast-moving environment. If you’re a hungry, results-driven salesperson with a track record of success in your first sales role post-college, this is an opportunity to make a huge impact and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—targeting NYC-based companies that benefit from our catering management solution.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers at top firms.
• Present our service in a compelling way, addressing pain points and demonstrating value.
• Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and work efficiently with provided leads and tools.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging and improve the sales process.
• Become an expert in our offering and a trusted advisor to potential clients.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role (ideally your first role post-college).
• Proven track record of success—quota achievement, high activity, or other clear results.
• Hungry, ambitious, and self-motivated—you don’t need constant oversight to execute.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment where you can take initiative.
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRMs) preferred but not required.
